Julio Tavarez is a Dominican American politician who represents the 5th Ward in the City of Paterson, NJ.
Born in the Dominican Republic on December 16, 1976, Councilman Julio Tavarez attended Eastside High School in Paterson, New Jersey and then graduated from Kean University with a B.A. in Public Administration. He attained a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the same institution.[1]
